Teen Challenge International of Western Pennsylvania provides help for those trying to overcome drug and/or alcohol addiction through a faith-based, Christ centered program. Teen Challenge of Western Pennsylvania has been in Rural Ridge since 1970. Approximately 100 men, ages 18 and up, come through our doors each year. Our facility is located in a rural setting about 30 minutes northeast of Pittsburgh, PA.

Teen Challenge International Mission Statement

Evangelize people who have life-controlling problems and initiate the discipleship process to the point where the student can function as a Christian in society applying spiritually motivated biblical principles to relationships in the family, local church, chosen vocation and the community.

Teen Challenge endeavors to help people become mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well, and spiritually alive. Teen Challenge shall endeavor in their efforts to help people by enriching their lives with discipleship in the teachings of Jesus Christ to enable them to become productive members of their community.
